We hired a realtor, not an interior designer, but apparently Jenny Graham thinks she's both. ​Jenny went behind our backs and requested estimates for work that was never discussed or authorized, including painting areas we explicitly declined. When concerns were raised and clarification was requested, Jenny and her admin completely stopped responding. ​It has now been a week with zero response to emails, even after escalating the issue to management. The lack of communication and accountability from both the agent and the brokerage has been incredibly unprofessional. ​Communication and respecting a client's decisions are basic expectations when selling a home. If you want a realtor who listens to your concerns, respects your property, and actually responds when issues are raised you won’t find it here with this team.
